Job summary

Intesa Sanpaolo Group is seeking a skilled remuneration professional to join the Office Incentive Systems, supporting the team in managing remuneration topics and projects within a consultancy-oriented environment.

You will work on Remuneration Committee support, policy definitions at group and company levels, design of incentive systems, and compliance and audit support, with opportunities for professional development and a flexible 4-day workweek.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Regulation on Compensation in Banking and Financial Services (Bank of Italy, CRD IV, EBA, ISVAP_IVASS, MIFID, AIFMD, UCITIS V)
• Knowledge of short term incentive system
• Knowledge of long term equity-based system
• Strong written presentation skills (Word, PowerPoint)
• Performance measurement skills
• Analytical skills (Excel; Access)
• Previous experience in a Compensation team in a financial services company
• 5-10 years of experience
