Job summary

Intesa Sanpaolo Group is seeking to join the Office Incentive Systems, supporting the team in a consultancy‑minded environment to manage various remuneration topics and projects simultaneously.

You will contribute to defining remuneration policies at Group and Company levels, and to designing incentive systems across the organization, with a focus on compliance and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of regulation on compensation in banking and financial services (Bank of Italy, CRD IV, EBA, ISVAP_IVASS, MIFiD, AIFMD, UCITS V)
• Knowledge of short term incentive system
• Knowledge of long term equity based system
• Strong written presentation skills (Word & PowerPoint)
• Performance measurement skills
• Analytical skills (Excel; Access)
• Previous experience in a Compensation team in a financial services company
• 5-10 years of experience

What you’ll be doing

• Design of specific incentive systems at Group and Company levels
• Support in compliance and audit processes

Who we’re looking for
