International Fashion Brand in Milan is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to lead Italian HR operations within a global HR team. You will ensure compliance, manage payroll and benefits, and handle employee relations for a fast-paced international environment.

The role requires strong knowledge of Italian employment law, 5+ years in HR operations, and fluency in English and Italian. Hybrid work in Milan and limited visa support considerations are noted.

Competenze

• Degree in HR or related field; professional HR qualification preferred.
• 5+ years experience in HR generalist or HR operations roles.
• Strong knowledge of Italian employment law, labour regulations, and HR compliance.
• Experience supporting payroll and benefits administration.
• Experience in a multinational environment preferred.
• Experience in retail, fashion, apparel, footwear, or cosmetics is advantageous.
• Fluent English and Italian communication skills.

• Provide expert guidance on Italian employment legislation, labour regulations, and HR compliance matters.
• Support employee relations including disciplinary processes, grievances, investigations, and workplace matters.
• Manage employee lifecycle administration including contracts, changes, transfers, promotions and offboarding.
• Manage payroll inputs, payroll validation, reconciliation, and employee payroll enquiries.
• Administer employee benefit programmes and coordinate with providers/brokers.
• Ensure compliance with statutory HR requirements including documentation, registrations, social insurance, and reporting.

Main Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate

Conditions

• Location: Milan, Italy
• Working Style: Hybrid (50%)
• Salary: €60,000 per annum depending on experience + 10% bonus
• Job Type: permanent, full-time
