La posizione garantisce un collegamento tra dipendenti, manager, partner esterni e team HR regionali in un contesto internazionale dinamico. Requisiti: laurea in HR, 5+ anni di esperienza, fluente inglese e italiano; lavoro ibrido 50% a Milano; stipendio

Competenze

• 5+ anni di esperienza in ruoli HR generalist o HR operations
• Conoscenza approfondita della normativa italiana sul lavoro e della conformità HR
• Esperienza nel supporto di paghe e gestione dei benefit

Mansioni

• Fornire consulenza esperta su legislazione italiana sul lavoro, normative e conformità HR
• Supportare relazioni con i dipendenti inclusi processi disciplinari, indagini e questioni sul posto di lavoro
• Gestire l'amministrazione del ciclo di vita dei dipendenti: contratti, cambi di stato, trasferimenti, promozioni, off-boarding
• Gestire input paga, validazione paga, riconciliazioni ed inquiries relative alla payroll
• Amministrare programmi di benefit e coordinarsi con fornitori e broker
• Garantire la conformità di HR con documentazione, registrazioni, assicurazione sociale e reporting
• Supportare audit HR, revisioni normative e contatti con autorità esterne
• Collaborare con business leaders, team HR regionali, legale e finanza su iniziative HR

Senior HR Advisor

International Fashion Brand / HR Operations / Milan - A global Japanese fashion brand is currently recruiting a Senior HR Advisor to join its EMEA HR team in Milan. The Senior HR Advisor will act as the local HR subject matter expert, supporting employee relations, HR administration, payroll, benefits, and compliance with local employment legislation. The role will serve as a key link between employees, managers, external partners, and regional HR teams. The ideal candidate should have strong HR operations experience, deep knowledge of Italian employment law, and the ability to support a fast‑paced international environment. Main Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on Italian employment legislation, labour regulations, and HR compliance matters
• Support employee relations including disciplinary processes, grievances, investigations, and workplace matters
• Manage employee lifecycle administration including contracts, employee changes, transfers, promotions, and off‑boarding
• Manage payroll inputs, payroll validation, reconciliation, and employee payroll enquiries
• Administer employee benefit programmes and coordinate with benefit providers and brokers
• Ensure compliance with statutory HR requirements including employment documentation, registrations, social insurance, and reporting
• Support HR audits, regulatory reviews, and communication with external authorities
• Partner with business leaders, regional HR teams, Legal, Finance, and external providers on HR initiatives

Ideal Candidate

• Degree in HR or related field; professional HR qualification preferred
• 5+ years' experience in HR generalist or HR operations roles
• Strong knowledge of Italian employment law, labour regulations, and HR compliance
• Experience supporting payroll and benefits administration
• Experience working in a multinational environment preferred
• Experience in retail, fashion, apparel, footwear, or cosmetics industries is advantageous
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Fluent English and Italian communication skills

Conditions

• Location: Milan, Italy
• Working Style: Hybrid (50%)
• Salary: €60,000 per annum depending on experience + 10% bonus
• Job Type: permanent, full‑time

• Start: negotiable
