Job summary

Michael Page International Italia S.r.l. cerca un(a) HR Manager per guidare il cambiamento organizzativo in uno stabilimento manifatturiero in Toscana. Sarai responsabile di politiche HR, relazioni sindacali e sviluppo di strutture di competenze.

Il profilo ideale ha laurea in diritto o discipline umanistiche con focus HR, esperienza in contesti produttivi e conoscenza di HRIS come Workday, con eccellente inglese scritto e parlato.

Qualifications

• Laurea in Diritto o umanistiche con specializzazione in HR.
• Conoscenza del diritto del lavoro e delle relazioni industriali (obbligatoria).
• Esperienza in contesti di produzione/manifatturieri (preferibile).
• Esperienza in riorganizzazioni e change management.
• Conoscenza degli HRIS e strumenti di analisi dati HR.
• Ottima padronanza dell'inglese scritto e parlato (obbligatoria).

• Gestire trasformazioni organizzative e nuove strutture/competenze.
• Assicurare gestione legale delle controversie e migliorare clima aziendale.
• Promuovere cultura inclusiva e migliorare comunicazione interna.
• Guidare il team HR dell’impianto e garantire efficienza dei servizi.

Position Purpose:

• Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the plant's occupational health service, maintaining high quality standards and compliance with applicable regulations;
• Manage change management processes at plant level (reorganizations, operational transformations, new organizational models);
• Support the implementation of new organizational structures and competency frameworks;
• Ensure effective management of industrial relations and legal matters, including any disputes, fostering continuous improvement of the company climate;
• Promote positive and inclusive company culture, enhancing internal communication and fostering employee engagement and satisfaction;
• Coordinate and develop the plant HR team, ensuring service effectiveness and efficiency.

Competenze ed esperienza

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Law or Humanities, with a specialization in Human Resources;
• Knowledge of labor law and industrial relations (mandatory);
• Experience in manufacturing/production plant environments (preferred);
• Experience in reorganization and change management processes;
• Knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and HR data analysis tools;
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
