Soho House Rome is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant Manager with a keen eye for detail and superior customer service. You will work with the Housekeeping Manager to supervise staff, inspect guest rooms, train and delegate tasks, and ensure high standards across all guest spaces.

The role requires 3+ years leading housekeeping teams and a strong ability to manage budgets and liaise across departments to deliver exceptional member experiences.

Competenze

• 3+ years leading a housekeeping team.
• Experience supervising housekeeping departments.
• Budgeting and customer service excellence.
• Ability to interact with all levels of management.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily activities of the housekeeping department.
• Supervise recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll and discipline.
• Coordinate purchasing and inventory of supplies.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and inspect rooms and public areas.
• Maintain department budget and expense reporting.
• Ensure safety standards and policy compliance.
• Coordinate guest and staff laundry services.
• Manage staff schedule for events.
