Soho House Rome is seeking a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team and maintain high standards of cleanliness and service for our members and guests. You will manage daily shift operations, train staff, and ensure adherence to sanitation protocols while delivering first-class hospitality in a fast-paced, luxury hotel environment.

Competenze

• 3–5 years’ experience in housekeeping.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Fluent in English.
• Organised and reliable.

Mansioni

• Assign housekeeping sections and prepare daily worksheets.
• Supervise daily housekeeping shift operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Hands-on service of rooms/public areas when needed and cover evening shift.
