Soho House Rome is seeking a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor with at least 3 years in a busy, high-profile hotel. You will lead the housekeeping team to ensure spotless rooms and public areas and deliver first-class service to our members.

You will assign sections, mentor staff, and coordinate with Maintenance, Front Office and Laundry. Fluent English, strong attention to detail, and a hands-on approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Up to 3–5 years of housekeeping experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service.
• Fluent in English.
• Organised and reliable; able to work with a diverse team.

Responsabilités

• Assign housekeeping sections and prepare daily worksheets.
• Support annual and mid-year performance reviews.
• Supervise daily shifts and ensure policy compliance.
• Hands-on service of rooms or public areas as required.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Front Office and Laundry.
• Train, schedule, coach and motivate staff.
• Inspect fixtures and appliances and recommend actions.
