Job summary

Talent Global LLC. seeks a senior Business Development Manager for Genomics & Life Sciences in Western Europe. Remote, long-term contract with routine CET hours and 3 weeks PTO per year.

You will own the full sales cycle for software license contracts and drive new business from day one across Europe. You bring 4+ years of B2B sales with a proven closing track record, a strong network in healthcare or life sciences, and advanced English.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B sales with a proven track record of closing deals.
• Experience selling into healthcare, diagnostics, genomics, biotech, or life sciences.
• Established professional network in European healthcare or life sciences markets.
• Advanced professional English (C1 or above).
• Able to operate independently with minimal ramp-up time.
• Stable work history with 2+ years per role.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for software license contracts across European markets.
• Close high-value B2B deals, typically ranging from $100,000 to $2,000,000.
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects across Europe.
• Leverage existing network to open doors and generate early traction.
• Define and execute a go-to-market approach for target markets.
• Conduct discovery calls and product presentations to scientific and business buyers.
• Negotiate terms and close contracts.
• Report pipeline status and market feedback to leadership.
• Collaborate with US leadership on pricing, positioning, and account strategy.
