Job summary

Medidata Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Industry Process Consultant to bridge clinical development capabilities with business value in mid-market life sciences accounts across Europe. You will act as a trusted advisor to Sales and customers, shaping pre-sales engagements with autonomy.

The role emphasizes narrative storytelling, high-level business outcomes, and partnering with Client Executives (CEs) and Customer Success Managers (CSMs). Travel 10–50% across Europe is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience selling software in the life sciences industry.
• Experience with SaaS and cloud technologies is preferred.
• Strong ability to translate platform capabilities into business value.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive, clinical, technical, and operational leadership across mid-market accounts.
• Form alignment with Client Executives on opportunity qualification and strategy to drive closure.
• Translate complex platform capabilities into high-level business narratives demonstrating value.
• Lead robust product demonstrations of Medidata and Dassault Systèmes platforms.
• Lead executive discovery sessions to uncover client challenges and map solutions.
