Oxoid Remel Microbiology, now under Astorg, seeks a Director of Sales to lead EU clinical segment growth and customer success. This strategic role combines direct sales leadership with a strong distribution network to accelerate revenue and market presence across Europe.

You'll shape go-to-market plans, build high-performing teams, and partner with cross-functional leaders to deliver value. Travelling 40–60% and operating in a matrix environment will be essential to drive commercial excellence.

Competenze

Masters Degree plus 12 years of commercial experience in life sciences, healthcare, or scientific instruments.
5+ years of demonstrated success in sales leadership and people management roles.
Experience developing and implementing strategic commercial plans and go-to-market strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English; additional languages beneficial.
