Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Sales Development Account Manager to drive new business, qualifying inbound leads and prospecting outbound opportunities across Europe. You will work with Business Development and Marketing to build a strong pipeline and engage prospects with research, outreach, and relationship-building.

This remote role is open to candidates in Italy, Germany, Spain or Poland, with the chance to collaborate across global teams, maintain CRM data, and meet ambitious

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years in inside sales or sales development.
• Proficient in English and multi-channel outreach.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Pharma/CRO knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities in assigned territories.
• Engage prospects via phone, email, and social channels.
• Understand customer needs to advance opportunities.
• Schedule meetings with Business Development partners.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and meet metrics.
• Collaborate with Marketing to maximize campaigns.
• Represent Worldwide at events as needed.
