Salesforce is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to own end-to-end delivery of agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers. You will design and deploy agentic systems on the Agentforce platform, ensuring scalable, production-grade implementations and robust data lifecycles.

In this role you will mentor other engineers, drive architectural decisions, and collaborate with deployment strategists to translate complex business challenges into deployable AI solutions.

Competenze

• 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Expertise with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex; production LLMs.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers.
• Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform: agent logic and orchestration.
• Provide technical depth on at-risk deployments and mentor engineers through reviews.
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategist to translate complex business challenges into AI solutions.
• Maintain dashboards and KPIs for deployment health and customer outcomes.
