Job summary

JoVE is seeking a strategic Senior Director of International Sales to lead our sales organizations across EMEA and APAC. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will drive revenue growth, coach leaders, and ensure disciplined pipeline management with strong execution and accountability.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading multi-country sales teams, building capable leaders, and creating a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 10+ years leading sales teams in EdTech, SaaS or STEM publishing.
• Strong pipeline, forecasting, and performance management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales managers across EMEA and APAC to meet revenue targets.
• Conduct weekly pipeline inspections and deal reviews for forecast accuracy.
• Monitor KPIs and implement data-driven actions to improve performance.
• Drive adoption of JoVE's sales processes and CRM best practices.
