JoVE is seeking a proactive Senior Director of Sales, Higher Education to lead our regional sales organizations across the EMEA market. You will drive revenue growth through disciplined pipeline management, coaching, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in EdTech or SaaS, including 5+ years managing sales leaders, and a track record of building high‑performing teams. This fully remote role offers global collaboration, data‑driven decision making, and a strong

Competenze

Experience managing multi-country teams.
Strong analytics, forecasting, and data-driven decision making.

Mansioni

Lead regional sales directors and teams across EMEA to hit revenue targets.
Conduct weekly pipeline inspections and deal reviews to ensure forecast accuracy.
Monitor key KPIs: pipeline generation, meetings, conversion, forecast accuracy, revenue attainment.
Drive adoption of JoVE's sales processes and CRM best practices across regions.
Coach teams for high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Identify growth opportunities through market trends, whitespace, and customer needs.
Own regional business performance by removing obstacles and scaling initiatives.
Partner with Customer Success to maximize renewals and expansions.
