Job summary

Sales Line is seeking a Head of Sales to lead an international team of Account Managers across Europe. The role is based in Italy or Spain, with 40-60% travel, and reports to top management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and coordinate a team of 6–8 Account Managers across Europe (Italy, France, Spain, Netherlands).
• Drive commercial execution, supporting new business development and ongoing opportunities.
• Interface between sales, engineering, back office and top management.
• Monitor and manage sales KPIs: revenue, pipeline, conversion rate, forecast accuracy.
• Support key client meetings and strategic negotiations, including joint visits.
• Operate in a fast-changing, high-pressure environment with travel 40–60%.
