Jobgether is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager based in Italy to partner with EMEA Marketing, Sales and Customer Success. You will drive forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analysis across the GTM lifecycle in a high-growth B2B tech environment.

In this role, you will enable regional operating practices, support deployments of new sales motions, and collaborate with global teams to translate strategy into scalable processes and actionable insights.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in Revenue/Sales/Marketing Operations or related GTM function.
• Experience supporting go-to-market teams in EMEA.
• Ability to run forecasting, pipeline reviews and senior stakeholder meetings.
• Strong understanding of GTM lifecycle: lead gen, pipeline, handoffs, renewals.

Aufgaben

• Act as the Revenue Operations partner for EMEA Marketing, Sales and Customer Success leaders.
• Lead regional forecasting, pipeline reviews, and business review meetings.
• Improve forecast reliability and drive data-driven decisions.
• Adapt global GTM processes to regional needs and document local variations.
• Analyze pipeline trends, conversion rates, and sales performance to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with Planning and FP&A for territory performance and ramp-up insights.
• Support rollout of new sales motions and ensure adoption across teams.
• Represent regional priorities in global operational planning and translate needs to technical requirements.
