JD.com in Milano is seeking a Cold Chain Warehouse Manager to oversee all cold storage operations, ensuring temperature-controlled logistics meet quality and safety standards. You will lead a team, implement SOPs, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-moving ecommerce environment.

The role requires strong WMS experience, HACCP knowledge, and the ability to collaborate across procurement, transport, and QA. This on-site position offers growth in a tech-driven logistics group.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in cold chain logistics or warehouse management.
• Experience managing cold storage facilities and temperature-controlled products.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP principles and relevant food safety standards.
• Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring a team.
• Proficiency with WMS and logistics software.

Mansioni

• Manage daily operations of the cold chain warehouse, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Develop, implement, and enforce cold chain SOPs to ensure product quality and safety.
• Monitor temperature and humidity levels with advanced systems and respond to deviations.
• Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff prioritizing safety and efficiency.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and optimize storage utilization.
• Collaborate with procurement, transportation, and QA to streamline cold chain processes.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with internal policies, HACCP, GDP.
• Manage equipment maintenance for refrigeration units, forklifts, and other cold-storage machinery.
• Analyze operational data and drive continuous improvement in efficiency and costs.
• Prepare and manage the cold chain warehouse budget.
