Job summary

NewCold is seeking an operational Warehouse Team Leader to support the Planning team and the Operations Manager in daily activities within a high-rotation, largely automated warehouse environment.

The role involves supervising a team of operators across loading/unloading and picking, managing shift tasks, and ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards. Prior experience in coordinated warehouse roles and strong WMS/excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Consolidated experience in high-rotation warehouses, preferably automated.
• Experience coordinating teams in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Support planning team in daily warehouse operations and assist with loading/unloading and picking tasks.
• Lead and guide warehouse workers during shifts, assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor attendance.
• Ensure activities meet scheduled times and service levels agreed with the client.
• Ensure compliance with NewCold policies and safety procedures, providing feedback to supervisors.
• Maintain warehouse KPI performance and drive continuous improvement with the team.
