JD Logistics, the logistics arm of JD.com, seeks a bilingual Continuous Improvement Specialist/Manager in Milan to drive Lean transformations across European sites. You will standardize SOPs, analyze operations data, and deploy global best practices, coordinating with HQ to ensure fidelity and measurable gains.

You will lead Kaizen events, coach 5S and gemba walks, and deliver cost and defect reductions through structured problem solving.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience leading Lean, Industrial Engineering, or Continuous Improvement in high-volume warehousing or manufacturing.
• Fluent English and Mandarin—ability to collaborate with global HQ teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field as stated.

Mansioni

• Lead Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and process optimization initiatives across warehouse departments.
• Translate and implement global HQ standards into local SOPs with high fidelity.
• Deploy root-cause actions (5-Why, 8D) to reduce defects and costs.
• Coach Lean culture through training on 5S and gemba walk frameworks.
