JD Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Exception Handler in Milano to identify, investigate, and resolve real-time warehouse exceptions, ensuring zero delays in order fulfillment. You will work with floor supervisors, ICQA and IT/WMS teams to clear bottlenecks and maintain inventory integrity.

The role requires strong WMS experience, RF scanners, barcode troubleshooting, and MS Excel skills, with professional English and flexibility for shift work. Join a fast-growing logistics hub in Europe.

Competenze

• Professional fluency in English required
• Fluency in Spanish or Italian preferred; Mandarin a strong plus
• Operational flexibility with shifts including early mornings/evenings/rotation

Mansioni

• Identify, investigate and resolve real-time warehouse exceptions (damaged stock, unscannable barcodes, missing items, WMS mismatches) to keep fulfillment flows moving.
• Serve as first line of defense for floor anomalies across Inbound, Outbound and Sorting with floor supervisors, ICQA and IT/WMS support.
• Ensure accurate stock updates in the system and support weekly data feedback to prevent recurring errors.
• Maintain inventory integrity and drive continuous improvement in exception handling processes
