JD Logistics in Lombardy, Milano region seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee inbound receiving, inventory control, picking, packing and outbound dispatch. You will lead shift teams and coordinate real-time labor allocation while aligning operations with global HQ.

Required are fluency in Mandarin, Italian, and English, hands-on WMS experience, and flexibility for 24/7 shifts. Compliance with local labor laws and safety standards is essential.

Competenze

• Experience supervising warehouse operations in fast-paced e-commerce fulfillment, 3PL hub, or retail distribution.
• Fluency in Mandarin, Italian, and English is mandatory.
• Strong hands-on experience with WMS and RF scanners.
• Willingness to rotate shifts for 24/7 operations.

• Oversee inbound receiving, inventory control, picking, packing and outbound dispatch.
• Lead shift Team Leaders and operators, managing real-time labor allocation.
• Ensure adherence to CCNL Logistica, Trasporto Merci e Spedizione and safety standards.
