Johnson Service Group is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to attract and develop new clients and grow the business. You will manage client growth and form service level agreements, working closely with recruiters to deliver staffing solutions.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in aerospace/aviation/defense staffing, with a track record of account development and strong CRM discipline. Travel locally and nationwide as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of technical/engineering staffing experience in Aerospace, Aviation, or Defense.
• Proven success in account development and maintaining customer relationships.
• Experience with Fortune 500 companies preferred.
• CRM experience and ability to follow a business plan.
• Willingness to travel locally and nationwide with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Attracting new and maintaining existing client relationships via phone, social media, face-to-face meetings, and email.
• Collaborate with clients to determine staffing needs and offer staffing solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
• Work with clients and recruiters to advance the sales process.
• Update ATS to reflect current client information and interview summaries.
• Follow up on sales leads from internal recruiters and candidates.
• Collaborate with recruiters to understand client culture and job requirements.
