Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a senior sales professional to drive growth with strategic accounts in the A&D market. This hybrid role involves onsite collaboration at the designated Regal Rexnord location with the flexibility to work remotely and travel up to 50% to engage customers and internal resources.

You will develop strategic account plans, leverage CRM for opportunities, and lead cross-functional teams to meet account objectives while aligning with BU playbooks and market strategies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years commercial/technical sales in the A&D market.
• Deep aerospace and defense market knowledge.
• Willingness to travel (estimated 50%).

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent order and share growth at assigned strategic accounts.
• Serve as the primary sales point-of-contact for assigned strategic and potential new accounts.
• Develop and maintain a Strategic Account Management Plan (SAMP) for each account and utilize CRM.
• Drive specification on new designs and share gain on existing designs for assigned and new accounts.
• Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities that result in improved customer satisfaction.
