Job summary

Italdesign is seeking a dynamic Business Developer for the Aerospace division to grow the client portfolio from Moncalieri. You will engage customers, set area budgets, and drive proposals while coordinating with engineering and project teams to meet technical and economic targets.

The role requires deep aerospace experience, strong relationship skills, and ability to manage multiple activities from start to end, with travel as needed. The company offers a collaborative, innovative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of aeronautic/aerospace development experience.
• Experience in Customer contact and management.
• Experience in defining Business Development actions.
• Experience in contract negotiation.
• Basic expertise in business opportunity creation.
• Experience in managing a project area from start to end.

Responsibilities

• Expand client portfolio and manage customer relationships.
• Support implementation of technical and economic targets of projects.
• Coordinate information flow between project and technical departments.
• Assist in preparing proposals and market strategies.
• Ensure alignment with Italdesign strategic plan and cross-functional teams.
• Identify feasible business opportunities and risk analysis for projects.
