LHH in Italy seeks an experienced sales professional to drive aerospace and defence opportunities across Italy. You will manage key accounts, develop new business, and execute the sales strategy to meet regional targets.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in sales, prior experience with aerospace or energy clients, and fluent English. This role requires strong relationship building and cross-functional collaboration to achieve growth.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in a sales role.
• Experience in aerospace or energy sectors.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilités

• driving sales growth and developing business in the aerospace and defence opportunities across Italy;
• drive top-line growth across assigned accounts;
• generate and convert business opportunities, execute the sales strategy, and partner with regional operations teams to maximize capacity utilization;
• work closely with global sales representatives, commercial, and legal teams to identify and develop Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) and other contracts, ensuring they are accurate, professional, and aligned with both customer and company expectations;
• develop and strengthen customer relationships across the Italian market, identifying new business opportunities and supporting the achievement of regional sales targets.
