Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to own the commercial outcomes for a defined book of business across Southern Europe. You’ll drive renewals, expansions and cross-sell while collaborating with Sales, Engineering and Marketing to turn technical wins into revenue.

You will onboard, enable, and grow customers across web, mobile, and systems, analyzing usage and performance data to reduce friction and maximize adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Customer Success, Account Management or Technical Account Management in B2B SaaS/AI/ML.
• Fluent in Spanish, Italian and English (all three languages required).
• Experience owning and managing a defined Book of Business across Southern Europe.
• Familiarity with API integrations and SDK usage.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, enable, and grow customers across ElevenLabs’ platform, speech models, and tools.
• Advise on production deployment, usage, and performance to reduce friction and drive adoption.
• Own commercial outcomes for a defined book of business, including renewals, expansions, and cross-sell across Southern Europe.
• Identify expansion opportunities early and manage renewals and upsells end-to-end.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and CS leadership to translate technical wins into revenue.
