ConcertAI seeks a Regional Sales Manager, Southern Europe, to drive growth across Italy, Spain, and Portugal. The role blends direct and channel sales, focusing on new business, expansion, and pipeline management.

Based in Italy (Milan or Rome) with 40–50% travel, you will lead partner relationships, present executive-level value, and ensure accurate CRM forecasting in a fast-paced, AI-powered healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; clinical background preferred in Radiology or Cardiology.
• Native Italian and fluent Spanish; professional English required.
• 7+ years in sales within Radiology, Cardiology, Vascular, or clinical software/AI.
• Proven success selling subscription/Cloud/SaaS and managing PACS partners.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute regional growth strategy to meet annual sales targets.
• Own Italy accounts and partners; expand coverage in Spain and Portugal; onboard partners.
• Strengthen PACS partners and leverage Spain deployment opportunities.
• Communicate value, differentiate from competitors, and maintain CRM discipline.
• Generate a pipeline of at least 4x annual quota; keep installed-base attrition below 5%.
• Engage KOLs, deliver executive-level presentations, and ensure accurate forecasting.
• Work location: Italy (Milan or Rome); remote with 40–50% travel.
