Agile Lab S.r.l. is seeking a Customer Success Manager (Europe-wide) to oversee the customer journey post-sale, from onboarding to production readiness. This senior role requires guiding customers through installation and configuration while ensuring they understand the platform's capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have 6–10 years in technology roles, focusing on customer success and data platforms, with proficiency in English and potential for travel across Europe.

This position offers a base salary between €70,000 and €90,000, with additional bonuses tied to customer success metrics.

Competenze

• 6–10+ years in technology roles with a strong background in data platforms.
• 3+ years in a Customer Success or Technical Account Management role for enterprise software.
• Solid understanding of data platform architectures and cloud infrastructure.
