Linesight is seeking a Scheduling Lead to drive project schedules across full lifecycles, from planning to execution. You will own WBS, baselining, and resource loading, coordinating with partners to achieve superior client outcomes.

The role requires strong expertise in Primavera P6, risk assessment (QRA), and proven project management capabilities to mentor the team and deliver high-quality results.

Competenze

• Degree or comparable experience in project management or construction.
• Experience using Primavera P6 software.
• Detail-oriented, with strong quality focus.
• Experience in QRA on life sciences or mission critical projects.

Mansioni

• Build project schedules encompassing full project scope, milestones and timelines using scheduling best practices.
• Define clear ownership and accountability via Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Ensure schedules align with project execution plans and procurement strategies.
• Baseline schedules and manage periodic updates.
• Manage the integrated project schedule and present it at multiple detail levels.
• Negotiate timelines and interdependencies with partners for client outcomes.
• Provide regular schedule progress updates through analysis and reporting.
• Facilitate Interactive Planning and Pull Planning sessions.
• Attend Risk Analysis workshops and support the QRA process.
• Resource load schedules as required by the project team.
• Prepare scheduling best practices and procedures.
• Review external schedules for adherence to scheduling standards.
• Lead the team to deliver high-quality client value through mentorship.
