Job summary

ProjecTTech in Italy is seeking an experienced Planner to support on-site planning and scheduling activities in the construction sector. You will manage detailed schedules using Primavera P6, monitor progress, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timeline adherence.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree, has hands-on Primavera P6 experience, and can start immediately in Italy. You will contribute to schedule reliability, forecast look-aheads, and recovery planning when

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
• Previous experience in planning or scheduling within the construction sector.
• Proven operational experience with Primavera P6.
• Experience working on site and coordinating with multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Ability to take partial responsibility for technical planning decisions and supervision.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Available for an immediate start in Italy.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor actual progress against the approved baseline schedule.
• Identify schedule deviations, delays, and critical path impacts.
• Perform schedule analysis and propose corrective or mitigation actions.
• Collect and consolidate progress information from technical and site teams.
• Prepare planning reports, progress updates, look-ahead schedules, and forecasts.
• Support coordination meetings and provide clear visibility on planning priorities and constraints.
• Ensure consistency between site progress and planning data.
• Support technical teams in planning-related decisions.
• Contribute to recovery planning when required.
