Exyte is seeking an Expert Planning – DTC to own the integrated project schedule for large, complex Data Center programs. You will lead schedule development, governance, and forecasting across all phases, collaborating with engineering, procurement, construction, and clients.

With 10+ years in planning for capital projects, you will apply Primavera P6 to deliver accurate progress, risk assessments, and claims support, while mentoring junior planners and working on-site in Italy when required.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Minimum 10 years planning and scheduling experience on large capital projects.
• Experience in hyperscale Data Center or high-tech projects preferred.
• Advanced Primavera P6 expertise and scheduling methodologies.
• Strong critical path and forensic schedule analysis skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluent English and Italian; willingness to travel and work on-site

Mansioni

• Develop and manage integrated master schedules using Primavera P6.
• Lead schedule governance and ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate scheduling across engineering, procurement, construction and subcontractors.
• Conduct critical path analysis, what-if scenarios and risk assessments.
• Provide schedule reporting, forecasts, and mitigation plans to management.
• Support claims management, change management and schedule impact assessments.
• Contribute to bid/tender schedules and project execution strategies.
• Mentor and guide planners within project teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning tools, templates and best practices.
• Represent Planning & Scheduling in client and stakeholder meetings.
