Turner & Townsend in Parma, Italy, seeks a Junior Construction Planner to support advanced planning, scheduling and performance measurement on Pharma, Life Science & Industrial projects.

The role involves developing WBS/CBS with project teams, conducting schedule analyses, and producing regular progress reports. Primavera P6 experience is preferred, with strong communication across functional areas.

• Experience in advanced planning and scheduling for large projects.
• Knowledge of risk analysis and risk management processes.
• Strong reporting and progress measurement capabilities.

• Implement scheduling strategy and procedures reflecting company and contractor roles.
• Develop WBS and CBS with project teams.
• Prepare staffing and progress reports.
• Perform probabilistic analysis on schedules.
• Conduct schedule risk analysis for the project as a whole.
• Analyze deviations from baseline and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare the Integrated Planning / Scheduling contribution to the Monthly Project Report.
• Highlight schedule impacts of changes and variances.
• Prepare resourcing plans for project phases.
• Coordinate inputs into a master schedule and deliver status reports.
