KLN Project is seeking a Planning & Scheduling Engineer to join its Project Control team in Turbigo, Italy. The candidate will be responsible for delivering planning and scheduling services for large-scale Offshore Oil & Gas EPC projects. This role involves coordination with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure effective planning and monitoring.

A successful applicant will possess over 8 years of EPC Oil & Gas experience, strong expertise in Primavera P6, and fluency in English. This is an operative position with a level commensurate with experience.

KLN Project, for its EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) activities, is seeking a Planning & Scheduling Engineer to join its Project Control team, supporting the delivery of large-scale Offshore Oil & Gas EPC projects.

This position will report to the Project Control Manager, and she/he will play a key role in delivering end-to-end planning and scheduling services within complex and international project environments.

The candidate will work in close coordination with the Project Team, Client and Subcontractors to ensure robust planning, reliable forecasting, accurate progress monitoring, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• develop and maintain detailed project schedule in line with project requirements;
• check and consolidate subcontractor schedules into the integrated Project Master Schedule;
• establish and manage progress measurement system, tracking production, productivity and performance;
• coordinate schedule interfaces across all Project stakeholders;
• provide regular schedule forecasts, including key milestones and critical path analysis;
• lead planning and schedule review meetings with project stakeholders;
• analyze schedule performance and produce progress reports;
• review and validate project planning deliverables and reports;
• support project meetings and ensure alignment across planning activities.

Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience in project planning within the EPC Oil & Gas sector (offshore experience is considered a plus);
• strong expertise in Primavera P6 (mandatory);
• proactive approach with strong analytical and coordination skills;
• fluency in English (written and spoken).
