Kanadevia Inova AG is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to lead scheduling for end-to-end EPC projects, from tendering through closeout. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure on-time delivery using CPM and digital tools.

The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, with English and German communication abilities. Expect extensive collaboration with customers, suppliers and partners.

Competenze

7+ years in EPC project execution including civil works and plant business.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Mansioni

Lead and manage project planning and scheduling across tendering to closeout.
Develop and integrate schedules for engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
Monitor schedule performance using CPM, floats, analytics and digital reporting.
Provide regular progress reports, S-curves, baseline deviation analysis and contractual documentation.
Collaborate with project teams, customers, suppliers and consortium partners to align schedules.
Drive continuous improvement by implementing scheduling standards and onboarding new schedulers.
