About the role:

We are seeking an Internal Sales professional for our HPE business unit.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building excellent customer and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement, processes and vendor pricing, managing all quotes, and closing orders.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in active inside selling by utilizing various sources to gather customer information.

  • Manage customer backorders and reports, leveraging specialist knowledge, and engage in "intelligent project fishing".

  • Manage projects end-to-end or coordinate with pre-sales for technical requirements.

  • Provide, sell, and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions.

  • Drive sales of specific products/vendors as required by specific knowledge.

  • Generate and maintain a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX’s CRM system, review regularly, and ensure active closure of opportunities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.

  • Knowledge of HPE product set and IT industry.

  • Excellent telephone manner and effective communication skills.

  • Ability to achieve set targets.

  • Understanding of the sales process.

  • Fluent in Italian and English.
