SAN SONNEA is seeking a service-driven Sales Agent - Reservation (m/f/d) to lead the Sales & Reservations team at our luxury property. You will actively sell rooms and suites and upsell tailored holiday experiences before arrival.

You will provide personal and telephone consultations, craft tailored offers and booking confirmations, and monitor sales and occupancy performance. Strong leadership and fluency in English, Italian and German are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in hospitality or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in Sales/Reservations or Front Office.
• Initial leadership experience or team coordination.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate the Sales & Reservations team with structured tasks.
• Actively sell rooms and suites; upsell additional services and experiences.
• Provide personal and telephone consultations; create tailored offers and confirmations.
• Analyze sales and reservation indicators; implement measures to improve occupancy.
• Manage reservations across direct and electronic channels.
• Ensure professional handling of bookings and guest requests.
• Maintain and improve content and templates in the correspondence system.
• Coordinate with Sales, Front Office and General Management.
• Onboard and train new team members with structured processes.
• Maintain quality and service standards in Sales & Reservations.
