SAN SONNEA is seeking a Reservation Manager to lead the Reservations & Sales team at our Dolomites resort. You will organise the Back Office, actively sell rooms and suites, and craft tailored offers for international guests.

Your role includes managing reservations, training new hires, and maintaining high service standards to maximise occupancy and revenue. Ideal candidates have hospitality training, several years in Sales/Reservations, and a proven leadership ability, with fluency in English,

Competenze

Completed vocational training in hospitality or a comparable qualification.
Several years of professional experience in Sales, Reservations or Front Office.
Initial leadership experience or experience coordinating a team.
Strong sales mindset and enthusiasm for premium rooms and experiences.
Excellent communication with discerning international guests.

Lead, organise and coordinate the Reservations & Sales team with structured task allocation.
Sell rooms and suites with upselling of services and tailored experiences.
Provide personal and telephone consultation and create tailored offers.
Analyze sales and reservation performance and optimize occupancy.
Manage inquiries across direct and electronic channels and ensure bookings are handled smoothly.
