Job summary

SAN SONNEA Lodge in the Dolomites seeks an experienced, dedicated professional to support the General Management in a luxury hospitality setting. You will coordinate cross-department tasks, manage operations, and contribute to quality standards.

The role requires excellent organisational skills, discretion, and strong communication in English, German, and Italian. A full-time position with staff accommodation and meals is offered, along with training and career development.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Management with organisational, operational and administrative tasks.
• Act as a key liaison between General Management, department heads, guests and external partners.
• Contribute to strategic and conceptual projects and implement quality standards.
• Prepare reports, statistics, meeting minutes and presentations.
• Assist in planning meetings, training sessions and internal events.
• Monitor guest feedback and quality management tools.
