Talents First recruits a Sales Representative Manager (M / W) for a Premium producer of PREMIUM CORKS FOR PREMIUM WINES.

Job description :

  • Conduct market research and identify key accounts.
  • Support the preparation and execution of the annual sales budget.
  • Visit customers and organise customer visits / travel to Bouchons Abel as needed.

Requirements :

  • Promote our brands in the marketplace and represent the company at industry events.
  • Promote direct sales to wineries, manage price offers, and negotiate agreements under the direction of the Sales Manager.
  • Manage the logistics of customer samples.
  • Develop sales.

Profile required :

  • Higher education in viticultural engineering, oenology, management, or similar.
  • Minimum 5 years in B2B sales, particularly in the wine sector.
  • Mobile and willing to travel.
  • Knowledge of IT tools (Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM).
  • Very good negotiation skills.
  • Highly committed, with good communication, time management, and conflict management skills.
  • Leadership potential or team management experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in French, English, and Italian.
