Venchi is seeking a proactive Demand Planning Intern to join the EMEA Planning Team in Milan. You will support forecasting and planning activities for the region, gaining hands-on experience with data analysis, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work with experienced planners, use planning tools and ERP systems, and contribute to continuous process improvements. This internship offers exposure to S&OP routines and cross-functional teamwork.

Competenze

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, Statistics or similar fields.
• Strong interest in demand planning, supply chain and data-driven decision-making.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to work with numbers and identify patterns.
• Familiarity with Excel; knowledge of ERP or BI tools is a plus (training provided).
• Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
• Team player with good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.
• Proactive, organized, and flexible mindset.

Mansioni

• Assisting in the preparation of demand forecasts using internal planning tools and basic analytical models.
• Collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Finance to collect inputs and understand business drivers.
• Updating and maintaining dashboards, reports and KPIs to monitor forecast performance and inventory levels.
• Contributing to stock analysis and helping track slow movers, phase-in/phase-out items, and sell-out trends.
• Supporting the team in daily operations such as data validation, system updates, and documentation activities.
• Learning to use planning software and ERP systems to track demand and inventory flows.
• Participating in team meetings and S&OP routines to gain exposure to the end-to-end planning process.
