Job summary

CNH is seeking a Sales Administration Specialist (SSA) to manage the full order process from entry to invoicing and distribution. You will be the main connection between Dealers, Distributors, the Commercial team and internal departments, ensuring timely and accurate order handling.

The role requires advanced MS Office, SAP ERP, fluency in English and French or German, strong data analysis, and a proactive, collaborative approach to meet regional sales targets.

Qualifications

• Advanced user of MS Office applications (Excel is fundamental) and SAP ERP/URP.
• Fluent in English and French/German.
• Mathematical and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Order collection and validation, optimizing lead time and stock management.
• Order portfolio management up to invoicing, assess risks and propose alternatives.
• Invoicing management, pricing, discounts, incoterms in line with policy.
