Sungrow Europe cerca un professionista per un ruolo chiave nell'e‑mobility in Lombardia. La figura gestirà offerte per caricabatterie DC e AC, svilupperà il business e manterrà rapporti con clienti e fornitori. Richiesta laurea in ingegneria elettrica e almeno 3 anni di esperienza nelle vendite nel settore, oltre alla fluenza in italiano e inglese. Offriamo opportunità di crescita e un ambiente internazionale con formazione tecnica e commerciale.

Competenze

• 3+ anni di esperienza in vendite e gestione account nel settore e-mobility.
• Disponibilità a viaggiare fino al 40% del tempo.
• Fluenza in Italiano e Inglese (C1), conoscenze di Mandarin un plus.

Mansioni

• Preparare e gestire offerte per caricabatterie DC e AC.
• Generare lead e sviluppare il mercato delle ricariche EV.
• Stabilire e mantenere relazioni con clienti e fornitori.
• Collaborare con team interni per soluzioni complete.
• Monitorare lo sviluppo del mercato regionale delle ricariche EV.

Your mission

Ciao a tutti e benvenuti a Sungrow! We're thrilled to introduce a key role that connects our cutting‑edge technology with the rapidly evolving e‑mobility landscape in Italy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and submit tenders for DC and AC chargers, ensuring compliance with existing and upcoming norms and regulations in the region.
• Generate leads and drive multi‑channel business development to expand our presence in the EV charging market. Advise Sungrow customers throughout their e‑mobility journey, offering on‑site visits, technical trainings, and remote support.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, industry peers, and suppliers.
• Develop and nurture a strategic account pipeline to foster long‑term growth.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product managers, operations, service, and marketing, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Monitor regional EV charging market developments, providing recommendations and strategies to meet customer needs.
• Provide regular updates on local market trends, insights, reports, and forecasts to management.
• Participate in exhibitions and seminars to build brand awareness and expand outreach.

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar engineering field with a focus on energy, or a business/marketing degree.
• Bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and account management within the e‑mobility industry. Demonstrate strong technical knowledge in E‑Mobility solutions.
• Be fluent in Italian and English (C1 level); Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
• Exhibit a willingness to travel up to 40% for customer visits, fairs, and events.
