Sungrow Europe is seeking a Distribution Service Engineer for Italy to blend technical expertise with customer support, ensuring partners and customers maximize our PV and ESS solutions. You will operate in a fast-moving, collaborative service environment with emphasis on quality and responsiveness.

The role includes hotline management, on-site troubleshooting with the Partner Success Manager, and delivering training sessions to distributors and installers across the Italian market.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical field.
• At least 3 years of experience in after-sales, technical support, or service within PV, ESS, O&M, or a similar energy-related environment.
• Fluent in Italian and English at C1 level; Chinese language skills are a plus.

Your profile

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and background:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical field.
• At least 3 years of experience in after-sales, technical support, or service within PV, ESS, O&M, or a similar energy-related environment.
• Strong interest in clean-tech and a customer-focused approach to solving technical challenges.
• Fluent in Italian and English at C1 level; Chinese language skills are a plus.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new tools and internal systems.
• Independent, focused, adaptable work style in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, approximately 5–10% within the local market and to the wider EU service team.
