IFSA (Institute for Study Abroad) is seeking a proactive Student Experience Coordinator for Rome. You will support undergraduate study-abroad students, organize events, and collaborate with local and international teams across Europe and global health and safety staff.

The role emphasizes student welfare, program operations, and intercultural engagement. The position is full-time, defined-term (December 2026 – May 2027) with a competitive annual salary and opportunities for professional

Competenze

Work experience in higher education, tourism, event planning, or hospitality preferred.
Strong time management and planning skills; ability to work independently on time-sensitive tasks.
Proficiency in Italian and English to perform duties on-site in both languages.
Strong attention to detail in creating internal/external documents and managing data.
Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft 365, WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and/or Xero preferred.

Mansioni

Support orientation, excursions, and events with emphasis on program planning and post-delivery follow-up.
Assist staff and faculty with planning and delivery of co- and extra-curricular activities.
Prepare and present pre-arrival student webinars.
Coordinate program arrivals and welfare check-ins.
Assist with program budgets and learning plan consultations.
Manage student well-being through regular communication and campus visits.
Support course registrations and academic management of programmes.
Contribute to emergency response and incident management.”
Prepare student and partner communications, newsletters, and social media posts.
