Job summary

JTI Italy is seeking a Field Execution and Coach Associate to support the 121 execution model, primarily on the field, acting as RAM2’s operational extension across Firenze and Torino. You will observe, coach and reinforce execution standards with promoters and agency coordinators, delivering on-field coaching and feedback.

This permanent role requires 3–5 years in field activation or retail sales support, travel across regions, and fluency in Italian and English.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in field activation, retail execution, sales support or similar roles.
• Experience working with external agencies or outsourced field forces.
• FMCG or structured retail environment preferred.
• Italian and English languages.
• High mobility with frequent travel across regions.

Responsibilities

• Supports the implementation and stabilization of the 121 execution model by ensuring field execution standards are applied, observed and reinforced.
• Operates primarily on the field as the RAM2 extension, providing coaching and feedback to support 121 improvements.
• Identify execution and capability gaps from field observations and translate into coaching priorities.
• Conduct regular on-field visits observing real execution across channels.
• Observe promoters and agency coordinators during live activities.
• Support structured coaching practices through 121 agencies coordinators and provide direct coaching when required.
• Deliver micro-enablement interventions such as modeling and role plays.
• Provide qualitative insights to RAM2 to support Weekly Focus Review and corrective actions.

Annual Base Salary: EUR 33,500 – 44,450 gross/year.

Field Execution and Coach Associate (Torino / Piemonte)

• Supports the implementation and stabilization of the 121 execution model by ensuring that field execution standards are consistently applied, observed and reinforced.
• The role operates primarily on the field and acts as the operational extension of RAM2, contributing to execution excellence through real on-field observation, structured coaching support, capability reinforcement, and fact-based feedback to support 121 improvements.
• Identify execution and capability gaps, translating field observations into actionable coaching priorities and improvement opportunities.

As the Field Execution and Coach Associate in the area of Marketing, you will:

• Conduct regular on-field visits observing real execution across channels.
• Observe promoters and agency coordinators during live activities without pre-selection.
• Support structured coaching practices through 121 agencies coordinators and provide direct coaching when required.
• Deliver micro-enablement interventions such as modeling and role plays.
• Provide qualitative insights to RAM2 to support Weekly Focus Review and corrective actions.

• Experience working with external agencies or outsourced field forces
• FMCG or structured retail environment preferred
• University degree preferred
• Italian and English
• High mobility required with frequent travel across assigned regions
• Regular presence on the field (majority of working time)
• Flexibility to adapt schedules based on operational needs
