Hosco.com seeks a Host/Hostess to warmly greet guests, manage reservations, and direct guests to seating areas. The role ensures smooth dining experiences and coordinated service with the wait staff. Flexible to shifts, you’ll maintain a clean reception and assist guests throughout their visit.

Required are strong English language skills, excellent communication, and organizational abilities to monitor dining and bar areas. Prior hospitality experience is beneficial.

Overall Job Purpose

Maintaining a friendly, approachable attitude is crucial in this position.

A Hostess, or Host, works in the food and beverage industry welcoming guests to an establishment. Their duties include greeting customers upon their arrival, ushering these patrons to designated tables, and introducing them to their Server.

They also help provide an enjoyable dining experience by ensuring that customers have everything they need.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Fluent in English
• Outstanding communication skills
• Solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive till their departure. You should also be available to work in shifts.
