Soho House & Co. in Rome is seeking a passionate Host/Hostess to join our vibrant F&B team. You will be the first smiling face welcoming members and guests, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure.

In this role you’ll manage reservations, coordinate seating, deliver menus and water, and support the wait staff to create memorable moments in a fast-paced club environment. You must be reliable, friendly, and able to stand for long periods, with a passion for hospitality and guest

Competenze

• Passion for food & beverage and guest satisfaction.
• Reliable, flexible, friendly team member.
• Eligible to work in Italy or holds Italian work permit.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform tasks.

Mansioni

• Welcome guests to the venue.
• Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists.
• Manage reservations through OpenTable.
• Provide menus and deliver water and drinks as needed.
• Coordinate seating options with wait staff.
• Deliver orders from kitchen to guests quickly and accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service and anticipate guests' needs.
• Greet guests upon departure.
