Job summary

Cavallino Bianco in Santa Cristina di Val Gardena is seeking a reservations agent to strengthen our Back Office team. You will manage bookings, respond to inquiries, and guide guests through the entire reservation process with courtesy and professionalism.

The ideal candidate has hospitality training, real work experience in hotels or restaurants, strong customer service skills, and proficiency with PROTEL.

Qualifications

• Hospitality-focused training or background.
• Proven experience in hotel/restaurant operations.
• Strong customer service mindset and daily operations management.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and improve professional skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage bookings and inquiries via phone/email with courtesy.
• Support daily office tasks and team operations.
• Use PROTEL, Quovai, Outlook and other IT systems for reservations and communication.
• Provide information on in-house services and local attractions.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, restaurant and wellness to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle special requests or complaints professionally and empathetically.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings.
