Job summary

Hotel Pitrizza is seeking a Reservations Agent to join the prestigious Reservations team in Porto Cervo. Reporting to the Reservations Manager, you will support the reservations process, resolve critical issues, and uphold high LQA standards to guarantee an impeccable guest experience from booking to departure.

Requirements include 2–3 years in a similar luxury-hotel role, excellent planning and multitasking, and fluency in Italian and English (a third language is a strong advantage).

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of significant experience in a similar role within luxury hotels.

Responsibilities

• Plan all daily reservation activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
• Guide guests through the booking process, promoting a positive experience.
• Ensure maximum guest satisfaction, anticipating their needs for a personalized experience.
• Verify constant adherence to high LQA service standards and SOPs.
• Ensure effective and timely communication with all hotel departments for synchronicity.
• Keep PMS updated and prepare reports and analyses on Front Office performance.
• Ensure the security of guest and Maison information, following payment procedures.
